If you have Netflix, I've been quite enjoying both The OA and Travelers. They both have arc plots and they both involve a degree of mystery/conspiracy, but they aren't about everybody being a bad guy. Haven't finished the first season of either one yet, though, so I can't swear as to whether they pay off well.
