A way that people who do long-term travel, like sailing, keep them safe longer is that you turn them upside down every once in a while. I'm sure you can find the time information somewhere--I gently turn the cartons upside down in my fridge every week or so if they're in a carton. I'm in a similar egg situation right now and just kind of overwhelmed with them, as I get sick of things really fast and just kind of get all meh about eating the same things frequently. So this is a helpful post.
