Like a poke in the eye with a sharp stick

I'm having cataract surgery in my left eye today. My ride should be here in about 10 minutes.

Cataract surgery update

I'm back. My eye is patched, so I can't see what kind of vision I have in it. I get to take the patch off tonight if I want -- otherwise it can wait until I see the doctor tomorrow for a follow-up.

My eye hurts and I feel logy -- right now, I think a nap is the best option.
