Cataract surgery update

I'm back. My eye is patched, so I can't see what kind of vision I have in it. I get to take the patch off tonight if I want -- otherwise it can wait until I see the doctor tomorrow for a follow-up.

My eye hurts and I feel logy -- right now, I think a nap is the best option.

Hope it goes as well as my husband's second cataract surgery - almost perfect vision within hours of surgery. Better than the first, where it took 4 days before he could read ANYTHING. At least with that one, by the end of the week, vision was excellent. Just a rather stressful 4 days immediately following. But in both cases, he was REALLY pleased with the outcome. Figures he sees FAR better than he has in very many years, probably decades.
