And it's not the first Wednesday of the month. It's clear and bright out, so I doubt it's a tornado warning.

I wonder if there's anyplace online I could go to check...

Looks like mobile.weather.gov on my iPhone will do the job. Not an app, just a URL.

Oh, that's useful. I have a free NOAA app on my Android phone, but it is sometimes a trifle slow to load; it seems to argue with the phone's GPS occasionally.
