I haz no Internet
First it slowed to a crawl, then disappeared altogether. Current theory is that the DSL router (modem) died. Qwest is sending me a replacement, but it probably won't arrive until Thursday at the earliest.
I am not a happy camper. I'll be even unhappier if the new router doesn't fix the problem.

It's just that, given my past experience with Qwest tech support, I'm not sanguine about the likelihood of a correct diagnosis of the problem. Although I'd be overjoyed to be proven wrong...

And now, several hours later, I seem to have limited Web access. Dunno if things are actually better, but it would be nice. In any case, since they're not charging me for the new router -- apparently I'm a "legacy" customer -- there's no real downside other than the potential loss of time.
