carbonelI am now signed up for John Scalzi's and Guy Gavriel Kay's kaffeeklatsches. And it only took five or six trips down to the programming area.
They eventually ended up with a perfectly reasonable system whereby the sheets for any given author went out exactly 24 hours before that author's event. But there was way too much drama before that, including one woman who'd been told that all the kaffeeklatsches were going to be done via lottery, not just the Neil Gaiman one.
