The chocolate pot de creme is in eight ramekins in the refrigerator, and it appears to be willing to set.
The chocolate chip meringues will stay in the oven overnight, and I'll find out if they set properly when I wake up tomorrow.
The shrimp are cooked and peeled, and the shrimp pesto spread is done.
The mushroom garlic spread is also done, as are the deviled eggs with curry.
Tomorrow I'll buy bread and make the radish chive tea sandwiches with sesame and ginger. (I'm a bit dubious, but I had to try it.) I also have plans to make Grasmere gingerbread, but that's the item that will fall off the bottom of the list if something has to.
Also, thanks to Lois Bujold, Greg Cotton, and Cat Ocel -- plus, of course, the woman who Freecycled the item in the first place -- I now have a purple electric scooter sitting in my garage. It's nonfunctional at the moment, but I have hopes that it's just a fuse or something simple that needs fixing.
