Is it just me?

LJ appears to be entirely nonfunctional. DW is very slow -- like 10 minutes to get to the Post an Entry page. Everything else is running slow, too, but not that bad.

I'm trying to figure out how much of this is originating in my computer and how much is the outside world -- my ISP or something further out.

ETA: It does seem to have been a "just me" problem. Rebooting and clearing the cache helped considerably with the general slowness. LJ is still down, but that's not just me.
