I came to the same conclusion regarding Blindspot last year. I just couldn't take yet another conspiracy-arc show. I will eventually finish with The Blacklist, I think, but I've stopped watching and will wait until I can watch it from Netflix or whatever. I'm staying with it (sort of) due to James Spader, but I don't care much about the show anymore. I still haven't watched the December finale episode of Timeless. That one is making me live with not only deep conspiracy arc but also with really silly time travel stuff. I mean, we're supposed to be worried about timeline changes, and yet no one cares that her sister disappeared after just the first episode. So, we are to assume that some events are more important than others? It's just intellectually shallow. And having a break has meant that I've stopped caring. We'll see. I have got hooked--much against my will--on This is Us. The storytelling conceit is fun and is being used wisely. At least so far! Now, if they introduce the fact that Jack is actually a deep cover agent investigating governmental abuses, then I'm out of there. *g*
