Date: 2018-06-01 05:37 am (UTC)But it occurs to me that breadcrumbs, onions and pancetta sound like the start makings of a pretty good stuffing for something - maybe sautee the onion with a capsicum and the pancetta, maybe stir in a little ricotta, and stuff some zucchini (or, indeed, some mushrooms)? Actually, add some apple, and I bet you'd have a lovely stuffing for pork loin or similar (I don't eat pork, so I can't really advise on cooking beyond this).
