Date: 2019-01-23 10:04 pm (UTC)If you have a carrot, I might dice that up and throw it in with the zuccini - they will add the dimension of sugar without being straight sugar. (It doesn't need to be a very big carrot for this to work.)
It's also possible a small splash of vinegar (or wine or lemon juice) wouldn't hurt. One of the three generally improves most foods for my tastebuds.
