Two eggs used in beef fried rice
One egg used in Monte Cristo sandwich today
Planning ahead:
Six eggs forthe elven kings pound cake
Eight eggs for shakshuka (over four meals)
Two eggs for beef fried rice leftovers (over two meals)
Two eggs for frico eggs tomorrow
Four hard-boiled eggs for some kind of salad
There are many other possibilities, but that's the current usage and plan. The pound cake might happen tonight, but tomorrow is more likely. The shakshuka will probably happen over the weekend.
