Gotta fix this sleep schedule

I keep staying up later and later. I had a bunch of online reading that I wanted to finish, but then I read LJ and now I'm thinking about doing other stuff.

Too tired to go to sleep, or something.

In the meantime, I did get Mail (that's apparently the name of the app) working on the iPad. I also installed the Kindle app for the iPad and downloaded a couple of free classics. It works remarkably well.

I was planning on buying Documents to Go ($9.99), but I saw a bunch of negative reviews for the recent version. Anyone know what the deal is with that?

Now to bed, where I'll probably stay up reading.

Have you been following Charlie Stross' write-up about using one? IIRC, he thinks there's going to be a new Documents-To-Go that will, among other things, handle IPad native resolution in the near future (like, small number of weeks?)

I have, but I think I glossed over that bit, thinking Pages would do what I wanted. But Docs-to-Go is probably better for my needs. I guess I need to wait for the upgrade.

In the meantime, Dropbox is pretty darned brilliant for getting files over to the iPad.

There was a free version for the Palm, too. And the company kindly sent me a download link for it when I had to start from scratch on my Treo.

But not the iPad, apparently. And as apps go, $9.99 is on hte high end.
