Ever heard of LivingSocial?

I hadn't, until a few minutes ago. Apparently they're like Groupon -- a quick sign-up, and you get one e-mail a day with a deal that you can share. And if three other people buy whatever-it-is from your link, you get it free.

Today, the offer is a $20 certificate from Amazon for $10. Which, as sherrold pointed out, is like free money. So I did it, and Sandy needs two more people to get hers free.

I was signed up to LivingSocial for a while, until I tried to change my default from St. Paul (where I don't live) to Mpls (where I do) and now I don't get anything from them at all. S'okay, though--I still have Groupon. But if I don't take them up on an offer soon, I may just bag the whole thing and move on.
