I've probably just killed LJ

I bought a permanent account. I'd been thinking of going to a paid account, mostly to support LJ because I get so much out of it, so the permanent account seemed a reasonable bargain.

Based on to my past experience, LJ will now proceed to die over the next several months. I hope past experience doesn't prove a harbinger of future experience, this time.

Looking for a jogging partner

Looks like Pat is going to be walking for the forseeable future (knee problems and a persistent cold), so I'm looking for someone to jog with me on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. My current distance is 3 miles on Monday and Wednesday and 4 miles on Friday, though I'd be amenable to upping that gradually.

I'm slow but consistent at 11 or 12 minutes per mile. I've been running around Lake Nokomis because it's close, starting between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., so I'm back home and at work by 9 a.m. There's a nice coffeeshop near there that Pat and I usually stop at, though that's totally optional.

Anyone interested?
