My doorknob has failed and I'm stuck in my bedroom. Pat is going over to Blaisdell Poly to get my house key from Lydy to attack the problem from the other side of the door. In the meantime, the cat (the proximate cause of all this) are going nuts, and I'd really like to have a chance to pee.
Luckily, as Pat pointed out, I have plenty to read.

Date: 2009-10-08 02:07 pm (UTC)I rescued the neighbor's babysitter when one of the older kids locked her in the nursery, then left for parts unknown. I had to cut the screen door from the patio (luckily, the glass door was open!). I can't remember if I could just turn the outside knob of the nursery door or if I had to jimmy it.
